Generic forearm phantom for evaluating and optimizing the OTA performance of smart watches and other wireless wrist-worn devices at millimeter-wave frequency range.

Construction

Forearm phantom:

design according to CTIA definitions for wrist-worn devices; manufactured from a silicone-carbon-based mixture (color: Black) with material properties according to CTIA definitions for hand phantoms; a special low-loss silicone coating is applied to mmW-GFPC-V1 that extends the frequency range beyond 100 GHz; supported by a conductive inner skeleton
