mmWave Fixture Vertical / Backward / Forward SHO Version 6

Low-loss high precision fixture for positioning of SPEAG's phantoms at millimeter-wave frequency range



Application

Precise and stable positioning of SPEAG's phantoms (see list below) on most commercial OTA-chamber turntables (e.g., ETS-Lindgren). This fixture has been designed to test devices at millimeter-wave frequency range in three orientations:

1. mmW-FXV-SHO-V6: Vertical or zero-degree orientation; Suitable for both vertical and horizontal axis

2. mmW-FXB-SHO-V6: Backward or -45° orientation; Suitable for horizontal axis

3. mmW-FXF-SHO-V6: Forward or +45° orientation; Suitable for vertical axis

Dimensions

Outer dimensions:

  • with black ruler: 500 x 288 mm
  • without black ruler: 288 x 288 mm

Four holes for mounting the fixture on a turntable/testing setup located 210 x 174 mm apart

Construction

Manufactured from thin low-loss plastics with dielectric constant <5 and a loss-tangent <0.05

Frequency Range

3 to >100 GHz
