The tables below provide material and frequency-specific uncertainties (k=2) for dielectric measurements with DAK and DAK-TL2 probes, respectively. Listed values reflect the measurement capability for each system when measuring the indicated materials and include all uncertainties related to

  • the probe system
  • possible design-specific systematic errors
  • the calibration
  • temperature differences during calibration and measurements
  • VNA noise
  • thickness measurement (for solids)
