MAGPy3 V3.2 and DASY8/6 Module WPT3 V3.2 offer important new features that enable efficient signal analysis, transient inspection, and time-averaged field evaluation.
The software versions 3.2 of MAGPy3 and DASY8/6 Module WPT3 have been released today! DASY8/6 Module WPT3 is the fully renewed and upgraded automated system for compliance testing of wireless power transfer devices in laboratories taking full advantage of the new advanced hardware capabilities of our MAGPy3 system.
These software releases for the handheld system and the DASY robot-based system further reinforce their positions as the benchmark solutions for in situ exposure assessment and laboratory compliance testing of wireless power transfer devices.
The MAGPy3 software V3.2 provides the following new features:
streaming of the instantaneous envelopes of incident fields over time, allowing users to extract pulse parameters and investigate emission dynamics, including assessment of transmitter shutdown time
on-the-fly calculation of the time-averaged envelopes of incident fields, supporting the evaluation of devices operating with duty-cycled transmission above 100 kHz
a refined user interface with convenient cursor readouts
The DASY8/6 Module WPT3 software V3.2 offers the following new features:
streaming of the instantaneous and time-averaged envelopes of incident fields, same as with MAGPy3 V3.2
event snapshot recording waveforms over a one-second duration, enabling detailed signal analysis, such as identification of communication bursts and ping patterns for wireless chargers
an enhanced user interface, including interactive sensor table and diagram
expanded data export options that allow all frequency-domain and time-domain data to be saved for documentation

New releases: Smart Measurement in DASY83D V1.10 for automated high-resolution SAR analysis, and cSAR3D V5.10.4 update for stability and API improvements.
On September 18, Z43 and DYMSTEC welcomed over 100 participants from academia, industry, and governmental agencies to their annual joint workshop in Seoul, South Korea, to share insights, connect with peers, and experience Z43’s latest technological innovations.
SPEAG introduces the redesigned MAGPy3 and DASY8/6 Module WPT V3.0, marking a significant leap in performance and adding new features designed to meet evolving customers’ needs.
DASY8/6 Module SAR V17.0 resolves calibration challenges in terms of time and costs when dealing with the exponentially growing modulation schemes of 5G and beyond.
DASY8/6 Module WPT is the only solution for compliance testing against basic restrictions without overestimation. Now, the U.S. Federal Communications Commission has granted DASY8/6 users a Persistent Inquiry Approval, authorizing the use of Module WPT V2.8+ for compliance testing with specific absorption rate and maximum permissible exposure limits without a separate NUMSIM PAG submission. The FCC’s approval applies when tests are conducted according to the PIA Inquiry document.
The U.S. Federal Communications Commission has granted DASY8 users a Persistent Inquiry Approval (PIA), authorizing the use of specific phantoms for specific absorption rate compliance testing without requiring a separate PHANTM PAG (Pre-Approval Guidance) submission for each device evaluated with them.
The latest release cSAR3D V5.10 – featuring several new features, such as the X4 combiner – catapults array systems to a new level of accuracy, repeatability, and versatility!
