cSAR3D Verification Device for Proven Reliability
SPEAG today announced the release of its new cSAR3D Verification Device, a dedicated solution designed to simplify and standardize cSAR3D system verification in both factory and laboratory environments.
The components of the new verification device thoroughly check the proper functioning of all sensors: the X/Y unit tests all x-y sensors, while the Z unit tests all z-sensors. Each unit integrates signal generation, amplification, and antennas in a compact housing, eliminating the need for additional laboratory instrumentation and significantly reducing the complexity of the setup.
A key advantage of this new solution is ease-of-use. All verification target data are stored directly in the hardware, effectively eliminating operator errors and hence ensuring consistent verification procedures across multiple users, sites, and cSAR3D units.
Fully integrated into the upcoming cSAR3D V6.0 software, the verification process can be launched directly from the cSAR3D graphical user interface. The system automatically performs all required checks and provides a clear pass/fail result, together with a detailed visualization of the verification outcome, including the exact location of any deviating sensor.
Designed specifically for high-volume production environments and large testing laboratories, the cSAR3D Verification Device streamlines routine verification tasks while increasing confidence in measurement accuracy.
