DAK V4.0: New DAK-TL2 Software Redesigned Around the User
SPEAG’s latest DAK software release introduces a completely redesigned architecture, browser-based user interface, and streamlined workflow for DAK-TL2, making dielectric measurements simpler and more intuitive from setup to analysis.
With DAK V4.0, SPEAG introduces a major redesign of the DAK-TL2 software for the DAK platform. With this release, DAK-R and DAK-TL2 now operate on the same software platform. The software architecture and browser-based user interface (UI) have been rebuilt from the ground up to deliver a cleaner, more flexible, and more intuitive measurement experience while retaining the familiar DAK-TL2 workflow. From system setup and probe calibration to measurement, analysis, comparison, and data export, DAK V4.0 simplifies workflows and adds enhanced visualization and analysis capabilities.
Key features include:
- Redesigned software structure and a modern browser-based UI
- Easier setup, calibration, and measurement workflow
- Real-time solver for liquid measurements that replace lookup tables, improving measurement accuracy and repeatability
- Integrated user manual and software update notifications with direct download links
- Improved DAK-R visualization, enhanced resonance-peak detection, and Q-factor calculation for more robust and accurate analysis
- Modular vector network analyzer (VNA) service for flexible support of new vector network analyzers without having to completely reinstall the DAK software
Support for DAK and DAKS will follow in the near future, bringing the entire DAK product line together within a unified software environment.
