ISO/IEC 17025 ACCREDITATION

BNNSPEAG Laboratory follows a management system which is compliant with the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard. BNNSPEAG is accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Laboratories (NABL), which is a signatory to the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) for calibration and testing.

The accredited scope of the testing laboratory includes testing of Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) of mobile phones, tablets, smart watches and other RF emitting devices used in close proximity to human body.  

The accredited scope of the calibration laboratory includes calibration parameters such as:

• RF frequency;
• RF power;
• RF attenuation;
• Electric / magnetic field strengths;
• Antenna factor;
• Return loss;
• Antenna symmetry / balance.
