Calibration Procedure | Basic calibration of a system validation sources includes assessment of 1g and 10g averaged SAR values measured inside a tissue simulating liquid (head or body liquid parameters as defined in the SAR compliance standards) when irradiated with the dipole. In addition, transmission and electrical delay of the dipole antenna, dipole impedance, and return loss when positioned at a defined distance from the lossy liquid are assessed. Calibration for any other media (e.g., body tissue) needs special notice and is charged separately. All assessments are conducted with a CW signal. | ||
