Calibration Procedure | Basic calibration of a dosimetric probe includes probe sensitivity in air, axial and spherical isotropy error, dynamic range, linearity and frequency response of the probe in air. In addition, assessment of conversion factors at two basic frequency/medium configurations (e.g. head tissue at 900 and 1750 MHz) by measurement is included. Assessment of conversion factors for other media and/or frequencies needs special notice and is charged separately. All assessments are conducted with a CW signal. Assessment of probe modulation response parameters is available on request.
PMR |
Advanced probe response linearization calibration for a specific modulation. Please refer to the Communication Systems page for available modulations.
SMC | Sensor Model Calibration is a novel method to calibrate the lumped elements describing the model of the probe sensor. The calibrated model is subsequently used to determine the linearization factors of each sensor for any modulation (UID and any customer defined signal) with known precision. More details can be found on our NEWS page.
