Validation Vertical PIFAs

VPIFA Sources for SAR System Validations

Description

Vertical Planar Inverted-F Antennas (VIPFA) are sources that simulate capacitively-coupled structures, i.e., the peak field in the phantom that is predominantly perpendicular to the phantom surface.

  • VPIFA-750V3: 750 MHz Vertical PIFA
  • VPIFA-835V3: 835 MHz Vertical PIFA
  • VPIFA-1950V3: 1950 MHz Vertical PIFA
  • VPIFA-3700V3: 3700 MHz Vertical PIFA

SMA female 50 Ω for each dipole antenna

Includes 90 degree angle adapter for proper orientation of the coaxial cable

Includes mounting block and spring-loaded antenna holder for use of VPIFAs with the VAHV1

Calibration

ISO/IEC 17025 calibration service provided

Calibration certificates for each dipole antenna with reference specific absorption rate values (1g/10g) for each position defined in IEC 62209-3 on the Flat HSL, Left Head, Right Head phantom. In addition, we also provide the corresponding values for Flat MSL.
