iSAR Calibration is ISO/IEC 17025 Accredited

Schmid & Partner Engineering AG (SPEAG) is now accredited for iSAR calibration to the rigorous ISO/IEC 17025 quality standards. ISO/IEC 17025 is a laboratory quality standard that is widely recognized internationally. The addition of iSAR calibration to the SPEAG quality system therefore provides a large portfolio of products for which SPEAG provides accredited calibration. The SPEAG quality system includes procedures and processes related to calibration, validation, documentation, measurement uncertainty, traceability, staff training and other areas.

The full certificate of accreditation can be found on the website of the Swiss Accreditation Service at: http://www.seco.admin.ch/sas_files/SCS-108-en.pdf. SPEAG will begin issuing accredited calibration certificates in early October.
