DASY8/6 Module R&D V1.2, Now with MAGPy Integrated!
Near-field measurements with the MAGPy probe are now fully supported by DASY8/6 Module R&D allowing users to perform any 1D, 2D, 3D, and time scans of magnetic and electric fields over an expanded frequency range from 3 kHz to 110 GHz.
Module R&D V1.2, SPEAG's versatile solution for support of research and development on electromagnetic near-field evaluations, now includes measurement of magnetic (H-) and electric (E-) fields at frequencies down to 3 kHz! The latest release also features an interface to ZMT’s Sim4Life software, allowing for seamless validation of numerical models with measurement data.
Key features of the MAGPy probe integration in DASY8/6 Module R&D V1.2:
Acquisition of time and frequency domain H- and E-fields
Access to sensor-level H- and E-field data
Configurable frequency range for data acquisition
Fully automated probe positioning with the DASY8 robotic arm
Compatibility with existing scans, including area, volume, time sweep, etc.

This release also includes several new enhancements:
Data Import: Measurement data from any SPEAG probe can now be imported into Sim4Life
Phantom Definition: Phantoms can now be defined on the basis of either a single point or three points for greater flexibility
Scan Anchoring: Scans can be anchored to the maximum field location of a previously measured scan to enable more precise and efficient follow-up measurements
