Uncertainty Tables for Lossy Liquid and Lossy Solid Measurements
The tables below provide material and frequency-specific uncertainties (k=2) for dielectric measurements with DAK and DAK-TL2 probes, respectively. Listed values reflect the measurement capability for each system when measuring the indicated materials and include all uncertainties related to
- the probe system
- possible design-specific systematic errors
- the calibration
- temperature differences during calibration and measurements
- VNA noise
- thickness measurement (for solids)
