OVERVIEW
This dielectric database provides the complex dielectric properties of materials used in SPEAG's products up to 67 GHz. Multiple samples of each material are measured to determine the average dielectric parameters and their variations. The material homogeneity is verified by measuring each sample at multiple locations. The database provides complementary information to the data included in our certificates. In our certificates we provide the target values and the deviations for the valid frequency range only. The dielectric database includes broadband dielectric properties for the entire frequency range from 4 MHz - 67 GHz independent of its validity range.
The dielectric database is classified into the following categories:
- Low-loss materials with frequency-independent dielectric properties
- Lossy liquids and solids with frequency-dispersive dielectric properties
