SEMCAD X University License

The SEMCAD X University License is purchased with a “University Discount” and may be renewed yearly. Its use is restricted to non-commercial activities. Extended 3-year and permanent licenses are also available. Special packages with multiple licenses (10, 20, etc.) can be obtained upon request.

SEMCAD X University Licenses may not be used for any commercial activities, such as:

• Commercial production design, design validation, or design assessment work
• Commercial manufacturing engineering work
• Commercial research
• Consulting work performed by academic students, faculty, or academic account staff
• Training of commercial company employees.
