Annual recalibration for all communication bands and modes up to 6 GHz; | ||||

Remote technical support, system troubleshooting and instruction to personnel, typically within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) and identification of the problem and initiation of corrective actions within 3 days on average; |

In the event that remote support cannot resolve the problem, SPEAG will send, upon request, replacement components for the duration of the repair period; |

Regular web training and distribution of technical information as well as notification of revisions, modifications, and enhancements; |
