Kisker, Henrich
Non-Executive Director and Board Member
Henrich, born in 1955, has worked for SPEAG (and other z43 companies) since its inception in 1994 in various positions as internal and external adviser for corporate, legal, and financial matters. Today, he serves as a non-executive director and chairs the board meetings of the company.
Henrich received his MBA (Dipl.Kfm) in 1981 from Cologne University in 1981 and is a qualified Swiss public accountant (dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer). Until 2017 Henrich headed the tax and treasury functions of Senior plc, an international manufacturing group quoted on the London Stock Exchange. Before he joined Senior in 1992, Henrich worked in the audit and business advisory divisions of Arthur Andersen in Germany and Switzerland. From 2016 until 2024 he was a member of the board of the Zürcher Kantonalbank.
