Generic ankle phantom for evaluating and optimizing the OTA performance of wireless ankle-worn devices

The material properties are compliant with CTIA certification standard "Test Plan for Wireless Device Over-the-Air Performance" for all defined test frequencies in the 0.3 – 3 GHz and 3 to 6GHz ranges (see frequency range below)

Ankle Phantom:

manufactured from a silicone-carbon-based mixture (color: Black) with material properties according to CTIA definitions for hand phantoms; supported by a conductive inner skeleton 

SHO-FX-V5 fixture:

a low-loss high precision fixture is included for accurate positioning of the phantom in the test position

Ground Plane:

a 50 mm diameter circular ground plane is included with an easy mounting mechanism enabling fast switching to the tests with the ground plane, where the effect of the ground needs to be considered
