To download your files, please follow these steps:
- Download and Install the License Installer:
Click the link below to download the "License Installer." Install this software on the workstation where you intend to use your SPEAG product.
- Save the License File:
Make sure the license file provided by SPEAG is saved on the same workstation.
- Run the License Installer:
Launch the "License Installer" either from the desktop shortcut or the Start Menu. Once open, click "Reinstall" and navigate to the location where you saved the license file in the previous step. Select the file to complete the installation.
- Download Your Product:
Click the "Download Products" button in the upper right corner of the installer. Choose the product you wish to download. Enter the email address you used to request the license, then click "Send."
- Check Your Email:
Look for an email with the download link for your product. Follow the link to obtain your files.
