Dear Valued Customer,

Please follow the subsequent steps in order to download your files *:

1. Download the "License Installer" from the Download Page. Install 
it on the machine where the license file was saved.

2. Ensure that the license file that you received from SPEAG is saved on the 
workstation that is intended to be used with it.

3. Run the "License Installer" (e.g., via the shortcut in the desktop, or from the 
Start Menu). If it does not find the license, click "Reinstall" and select the 
license file from step 2.

4. Select the "Download Products" button (upper right corner).

5. Choose a product to download. Input the email which you used for your license 
request, and click the "Send" button. Check your email and click the link to download 
the product.

  In case of any network issues, the License installer will instead show a download 
  code, which can be copied using the Ctrl+A shortcut key. Go to the Download Page 
  on the SPEAG website and paste the generated code into the dedicated field "Enter 
  your Download code here:". Then click on "Get Download Link" of the intended item.

* Important Compatibility Note:
The License Installer is compatible for 64 bit architectures of MS Windows version 8.x, 
10, and 11. Some features are not available for MS Windows Server systems. In case 
your system does not comply with these requirements, please contact SPEAG support and 
we will be happy to send your individual download link directly.
